DISPUTE RESOLUTION
CONTRACT ISSUES, DIVORCES – FAMILY OR BUSINESS – ESTATE DISPUTES, CONTRACTOR PROBLEMS:
Mediate
At mediation those having a dispute come together with a “Neutral”; this Neutral is there to conduct the Mediation and to “facilitate” the parties reaching a resolution. The Neutral is NOT a Judge or an Arbitrator and will not impose any terms of settlement.
Mediation is a confidential negotiation process; things said and done at mediation are not admissible in court. Through the process the mediator remains a neautral enabling the parties to identify interests and explore a broad range of options that could resolve their dispute(s). Of all ADR processes, mediation promotes the parties’ maintaining the greatest control in the problem solving process; it is a VERY REAL opportunity for the parties to “do their own thing” to end their dispute.
